Bean to Bar
Tradition. Dedication. Passion.
We started making chocolate in 2015. We began by discovering my grandmother's candy recipes and wanted to create a chocolate to complement her candies. Since then we fell in love with the bean to bar process and enjoy making all things Chocolate!
We start with ethically sourced Cacao Beans. We roast, crack, & winnow them to start the chocolate making process.
We grind and conch the Cacao for three days to create a smooth delectable Chocolate.
We let the Chocolate rest for nearly a month before we temper the Chocolate into Chocolate Bars.
We use our Chocolate to coat candies. Some of our candy recipes are generations old.
We also create many Craft Chocolate Bars. These are specialty bars and bars that showcase the origins of the Cacao Bean.
We create other confections as well and look forward to creating more deliciousness!
